This page documents the known issues for Windows, Palm and Mac Scriptorian. If you are experiencing a problem with Scriptorian, first check that you are using the latest version as noted below. If you are, then please check to see if the problem you are having is already listed as a known issue. If not, please let us know so that we can work to fix it.

How can I find out what Scriptorian version I have?
Getting the latest version: Use the Windows Scriptorian Web Update feature (found in versions 3.0 and greater) to download the latest program version. You can access this feature from the About dialog or by selecting File, then Program Update from the program's main menu.
Known Issues:
Print: Reference and content are not always kept together on the same page when printing the reference and content for a full study list
Pop Up: Some users have experienced a problem where Scriptorian locks up when the pop up window appears. If you experience this, please report it and provide as much information as possible to help us reproduce and fix this problem.

How can I find out what Scriptorian version I have?
Getting the latest version: Click here to download the latest Palm Scriptorian application file (this does not include study lists). If you need assistance with installing the downloaded file, please visit the installation page.
Known Issues:
Sometimes Chase will display "incorrect" choice options so that none can be selected as the correct answer. When this happens, a "box" is also drawn to the left of the choice(s).

How can I find out what
Scriptorian version I have?
The Scriptorian version information is displayed in the program's About dialog.
Windows Scriptorian: To access the About dialog, select Help from the main menu, then select About. In the About dialog, the current program version will be displayed below the Program Date information.
Palm Scriptorian: To access the Palm Scriptorian About dialog, tap on your handheld's menu button. The menu bar will appear at the top of the screen. Tap on Help, then About Scriptorian. The current version will be displayed near the top of the dialog.
Mac Scriptorian: To access the About dialog, select "About Scriptorian" from the Apple menu. In the About dialog, the current program version will be displayed below the Program Date information.
