Tips: Learning vocabulary
Scriptorian can be a great help with homework assignments. For example, when
assigned to learn a a vocabulary list or new terminology, just create a study
list with a study item for each term, using the term as the reference and the
definition or description as the content. You can then use Chase and Quote It
to help you learn the new terminology. This approach can also be used for
recording class notes and reviewing them regularly (instead of cramming at the
end of the semester!) The States study list is an example of how Scriptorian
can be used to help learn and remember geography, and the approach used with
the Prophets study list can be applied when studying individuals, places or
events in history. (Both of these study lists are available from our free
download area)
How do you use Scriptorian? Have you come up with some ideas that may
be useful for others? Please feel free to share them with us.
