Quote and Survey

Something to think about:
"I have discovered that many times you don't fully understand a scripture
until you memorize it. And sometimes I have memorized a passage because it
seemed important and valuable to me- then afterwards I discovered deeper
meanings that I hadn't even known were there.
"When you find a passage that particularly impresses you, consider taking the
time to commit it to memory, word perfect. Then not only will you be able to
remember it, but you will probably grow in your understanding as well.
"But that's not all. By memorizing scripture you show the Lord that you
esteem his words to be of great value- and then he will be more likely to
speak to you and give you more."
Elder Gene R. Cook, "Searching the Scriptures", pg. 114

We appreciate all of you who took time to fill out our on-line survey. We appreciate the feedback and suggestions.

New Free Downloads

We have added two new study lists to the download area. The first study list contains the Relief Society Declaration presented by General Relief Society President Mary Ellen Smoot in the September 25, 1999 General Relief Society Meeting. We hope that this will be useful for all who want to memorize and remember this special proclamation.

The second study list is the "The Living Christ: The Testimony of the Apostles". It contains the full text of the testimony, as well as an outline and study item for each section to help you learn and study this significant declaration of faith and truth.

These new lists can be downloaded by going to the Free Download Area. Just look for the items marked New!

Perhaps you have created study lists or libraries that you think other Scriptorian users would find useful. Or perhaps you have ideas for study lists you would like to see added to our collection. In either case, please feel free to contact us.
