How To: Print out for family, class
If you are memorizing scripture verses as a family or in a class room,
use Scriptorian's print feature to help. With Scriptorian's print
feature, you can print out the verse you are learning in "fill in the
blank" mode and use it as a visual aid. Here's how to do it:
If you haven't already, add the verse you are learning to a study
list. Then, with Quote It set for fill in the blank mode, double click
on the verse to bring up the Quote It window. Now click on the Print
button to show the Print dialog. Select the Reference and Content
option and increase the font size so that the verse will be displayed
in a suitably larger font for everyone to see (sorry- there is no
print preview in the current version; we hope to include it in our
next update). Then select Print to print out a "fill in the blank"
view of the verse you are learning.
It is often helpful to print out different "versions" of the scripture
with different words missing and varying amounts of words displayed.
Using these different "versions" when first memorizing a new verse
will be help accelerate the learning of process for your family or
class.
Remember that Scriptorian includes extensive help to guide you through its features.
For example, to get Print help, just select Help from the main menu,
then How Do I? and then select Print, to get step by step instructions.
