Tips: Verse Look Up

Scriptorian includes the ability to look up scriptures by reference. This can come in handy if you are at your computer when you read scriptures (or anything that references scripture verses) and want a quick way to view the verses found in the footnotes. You can access this look up feature by selecting Action from the main menu, then Reference Look Up (note: a study list must be opened in order to enable this feature). The Reference Look Up dialog will be displayed. Enter a reference for a verse you would like to see and it will quickly display it for you.

For example, if you are reading John 14:23 and you see that D&C 130:3 is listed as a cross reference, you don't need to grab your Doctrine and Covenants to look it up. You can just enter the reference, "D&C 130:3", into the Reference Look Up dialog and the verse will be displayed for you.

How do you use Scriptorian? Have you come up with some ideas that may be useful for others? Please feel free to share them with us.
