Tips: Missionary Preparation

If you are preparing to serve a mission, Scriptorian is a great tool for getting ready. Not only can you use Scriptorian to learn and remember scriptures, but Scriptorian can easily be used to help you learn the missionary discussions. Additionally, senior missionaries serving in visitor's centers can use Scriptorian to learn the information and scripts associated with their assignments. Just enter the text you need to learn into a Scriptorian study list and use Quote It to help you remember it.

There are some ready to use tools available on the SoftLore web site to assist missionaries in their preparations. These include free discussion outlines and scripture lists that can be downloaded to be used with Scriptorian, as well as special Scriptorian Applet pages that you can use on-line. You can check out these resources at our LDS Mission Resources page.

How do you use Scriptorian? Have you come up with some ideas that may be useful for others? Please feel free to share them with us.
