Tips: Giving feedback

Have you had a question on how to do something in Scriptorian, but didn't know where to find the answer? Have you ever had a great idea for making Scriptorian better, but weren't sure how to inform us? Have you had a problem with Scriptorian and wondered if you were the only one? Well, along with the beta preview of Windows Scriptorian 3.0, we have made some changes on our website to make getting answers and providing feedback much easier.

A good place to start is the new feed back page. The web site's navigational sidebar and footer contains a link for accessing this page. You can also access this page, if you are connected to the Internet, from Windows Scriptorian 3.0 by selecting Feedback from the Help menu. From the feed back page you can easily submit queries and requests regarding Scriptorian by filling in the on-line form. (Tip: When reporting a bug in the program, please include as much information as possible, including steps for duplicating the error, in order to facilitate a quick response towards correcting the issue). The feed back page also points to the known issues page so that you can check to make sure that you have the latest version of the product and to see if any problems you may be seeing have already been reported.

We hope that these web site changes will provide a useful benefit to you as a Scriptorian user. If you have any other tips or suggestions as to how we can help out, please let us know.

How do you use Scriptorian? Have you come up with some ideas that may be useful for others? Please share them through the feedback page or you can still e-mail them to us.
