Tips: Searching Help
In an effort to make answers to questions easily available,
Scriptorian includes an extensive help system. If you need to know how
to make a study list or modify Pop Up settings, you may have already
turned to the How Do I? section of the help menu. When you first
installed Scriptorian, hopefully you already took the time to run the
tutorial and become acquainted with Scriptorian's various features and
functionality.
Like most Windows applications, Scriptorian's help file can also be
searched to find answers to questions that you may have, but are not
sure where to locate them. Selecting Index from the Help menu will
display the Help Topics dialog. This allows you to scan through all
the topics available in the Scriptorian Help file.
If you don't find what you are looking for in the index, you may want
to search for specific words in a help topic. You can do this by
clicking on the Find tab. In this tab you can enter words that
describe what you are looking for and all topics that contain those
words will be displayed for you.
With these resources available to you, there's no need to feel
stranded with Scriptorian. And if you can't find the answer there,
check out the one-line resources or contact us through the Scriptorian
feed back page.
How do you use Scriptorian? Have you come up with some ideas that may
be useful for others? Please share them through the feedback page or e-mail them to us.
